We offer consulting services in Human Resources Management.

The company was founded in 2009 by Rita Asvanyi, who has 8 years international Human Resources experience from the electronics industry.

Rita gained a double masters degree from the University of Pecs, Hungary in the field of Human Resources Management and in Literature and Linguistics, in which subject she is also certified as secondary school teacher. Besides her work she acquired a postgraduate degree in European Union studies specializing in applications of flexible forms of employment in the European Union.

During her years in the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) industry she gained experience in various fields of Human Resources; five years in a fast moving and highly competitive factory environment gave her the exposure to all operational activities in the field, e.g. organisational restructuring, mass recruitment, collective bargaining, implementing flexible models of staffing methods. The following three years in her regional role gave the opportunity to learn some of the key development areas in Human Resources; she lead projects in talent mapping and competence development, implemented a Europe-vide compensation model and established the European Employee Representative Body. She participated in divestment and acquisition projects equipping her with experience in due diligence processes and acted as interim Human Resources Manager in times of resource shortage.

Since the spring of 2009 she has been working as adviso roffering help for companies on a project basis. Organizations in the phase of change, implementation of a new model or starting-up a new operation will benefit the most from our co-operation.

Rita communicates in three languages: Hungarian as a mother tongue, English as a business language and Spanish on a conversational level.
